I am very pleased with the repairs Jay did for me on 2 small projects; the quality of work and price were right! I would recommend him for any refinishing or repair work!
First, he repaired a broken leg of a chair from my dining room table set. He had to replace the leg and re-upholster the chair. He fixed it perfectly and you can’t tell which chair was rebuilt from the rest of the set.
Also, I brought in a copper lazy susan that needed repaired. He figured out a simple no-cost solution!

We brought in a couch with a busted frame and Jay did an outstanding job putting in an even stronger support. When you sat on it you couldn't even tell it had ever been broken. We have more furniture we need refinished and repaired and we know we have found the best place to get it done. The folks at all about wood know how to take care of their customers and their prices are extremely reasonable.

All About Wood recently refinished a cherry cupboard to match another piece of furniture for me. The color was a good match and the finish was very good. The completion time was as promised. I would recommend their work in the future.

Over the years, the wood door suffered, facing full sun in the afternoon and many years of inclement weather. We debated about replacing the door but could not bring outselves to do it. We called Jay to refinish the door. Jay's work is wonderful. He has restored our door to its original beauty.

I have had my father's rainfall desk, an end table that was a wedding gift to my parents in 1946,a drop lid desk that had been our daughter's and an night stand that came from Siena Home for retired religious. All of the pieces are absolutely beautiful and I would recommend "All About Wood" to anyone and everyone. One special thing about Dad's desk is that Jay left some of the "flaws" on the piece, as each of my brothers or sisters have seen it, they all remember it and think it looks great.

Jason from All About Wood refinished all the wood furniture in our school. The wood tables, chairs, benches and book stands were purchased and put into use over 25 years ago,and with over 50 children a day using this furniture time took its toll and the furniture needed to be replaced. After many quotes the school decided that it was not affordable to replace the wood furniture and would have to purchase an inferior plastic substitute. A parent recommended All About Wood and Jason came out to the school and gave an estimate to refinish all the wood furniture.
To our amazement it would cost less to refinish all of the wood furniture than to purchase new plastic furniture. Jason picked up all the furniture at the end of the school year and delivered it back beautifully refinished 4 weeks later. We cannot believe the quality of the refinishing, the furniture looks brand new! The parents commented constantly on our new furniture, we cannot say enough about how beautiful the furniture looks or on the wonderful professional service that Jason provided.
All About Wood provided our school the opportunity to refinish the furniture instead of replacing, what a wonderful lesson not only for our students but for all of us in recycling, not only did Jason save our furniture he helped our environment. Also, all the products that All About Wood uses is environmentally friendly, this was a big part in our decision to use this company. We here at Discovery House Montessori School cannot say enough about the great service and absolutely superior refinishing that Jason provided us, we would unequivocally recommend them for any of your refinishing needs. Two years later we are still looking at furniture that looks like it was purchased yesterday, not 30 years ago, thank you Jason and All About Wood.
Sincerely,
Eileen Childers

thanks for the wood work Jay Day. it's been a long time now since my great grandmothers bed has look anywhere near new. I liked that the bedroom suit came out as good as it did and you were able to keep the age and integrity. Thanks for the astounding and eye pleasing work.

I brought a family "treasure" desk that belonged to my grandfather. The desk is most likely approximately 80 years old. Mr Day has refinished the desk and fully restored my memories. I am very very please with the work and will be back with more items for refinishing and restoration
